You are registering for an adult season clinic starting Tuesday, September 1st, 2026. There will be no play Sep 7th, Nov 26th, Nov 27th and from Dec 24th to Jan 1st inclusive. A $250 deposit is required by the court captain, with a credit card on file. Deposits are refundable up until July 15th, 2026, if canceled in writing to mmarcus@intensityclub.com. Names and shares of all players must be submitted to mmarcus@intensityclub.com by August 1st, 2026 if not submitted with your registration. Please note that the clinic captain serves as the primary contact and is responsible for ensuring the full clinic balance is paid by August 25th, 2026. Players are committing to their full share for the season. In the event of an absence, players are responsible for the cost of their missed sessions and for providing their own substitute. All players must have a valid credit card on file by that date, as balances will be processed in full on auto-pay on August 25th, 2026.

All players must sign in at the front desk. Make-ups will be given at the end of the season only if the club cannot fulfill seasonal clinic time responsibility due to cancellations. Court numbers may be reassigned at any time. Proper attire is required, no black soled shoes. Upon completion of assigned time, players are required to leave the court. Players in season clinics agree to accept instruction on adjacent courts which may mean the playing of music/use of equipment, and possible loud noise from time to time. Due to the nature of the game injuries can occur, you acknowledge the risks and waive INTENSITY of any liability for such.
