You are contracting a platform tennis season court starting October 1st 2026, ending March 31st 2027. There will be no play Nov 26th, Nov 27th and from Dec 24th to Jan 1st inclusive. A $200 deposit will be charged to your credit card to hold your selected court. No deposit will be charged unless a season court has been allocated to you. If you do not have a credit card on file we will contact you for payment details. Deposits are refundable on cancelations before June 30th 2026. Contracts may be canceled before July 31st 2026. Court captains are responsible for all payments, any outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card on September 15th 2026.

All players must sign in at the front desk. Court numbers may be reassigned at any time. Proper attire is required, no black soled shoes. Players on season courts agree to accept instruction on adjacent courts which may mean the playing of music.

Due to the nature of the game injuries can occur, you acknowledge the risks and waive INTENSITY of any liability for such.
