You are contracting a 31 week pickleball season court starting September 3rd 2024. There will be no play Nov 28th, Nov 29th and from Dec 24th to Jan 1st inclusive. A $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card to hold your selected court. No deposit will be charged unless a season court has been allocated to you. If you do not have a credit card on file we will contact you for payment details. Deposits are refundable on cancelations before May 30th 2024. Contracts may be canceled before June 30th 2024. Court captains are responsible for all payments on or before August 1st 2024. Any outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card on August 1st 2024.

All players must sign in at the front desk. Make-ups will be given at the end of the season only if the club cannot fulfill seasonal court time responsibility due to cancellations. Court numbers may be reassigned at any time. Proper attire is required, no black soled shoes. Upon completion of assigned time, players are required to leave the court. Players on season courts agree to accept instruction on adjacent courts which may mean the playing of music/use of equipment, and possible loud noise from time to time.

Due to the nature of the game injuries can occur, you acknowledge the risks and waive INTENSITY of any liability for such.
