Fall & Winter 2026/27
36 weeks • Sep 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 • All NTRP levels
Join the Country’s Largest Competitive League
Play USTA tennis at INTENSITY and compete against players at your exact level. Matches are grouped by age and by NTRP rating, so every match is fair, fun, and genuinely competitive.
Most players join a team, but the Monday non-team practice is available for players who do not want that commitment. Win enough, and your team can advance to district, sectional, and national championships.

Seasons
- Fall & Winter: September – May
- Spring: May – June
- Summer: June – August
What does USTA team membership cost?
To play on a USTA team you’ll need a USTA membership, available at www.usta.com. Adult individual membership is $44/year, plus a $22 USTA fee to register for each team.
If I miss a practice, can I make it up?
There’s no credit for missed practices, and make-ups can’t be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to fit you into another practice at your NTRP level. If you can’t make it, let your team captain know as early as possible.
What happens in bad weather?
If INTENSITY officially cancels a practice for weather, we add a make-up clinic to the end of the session.
Can I practice above my NTRP level?
USTA limits each team to four below-level players, so spots are limited. You’ll need approval from the INTENSITY USTA Head Pro and the team captain before registering for a practice or team above your level. If approved, you must also roster and stay available for matches on the team at your own level until USTA bumps your rating.
REGISTRATION:
Limited Availability & Program Suitability: Spaces for our programs are limited, and participants must meet the appropriate skill level guidelines. INTENSITY reserves the right to decline any registration.
Scheduling & Rescheduling: While we strive to adhere to our published schedules, INTENSITY reserves the right to reschedule programs due to insufficient sign-ups or circumstances beyond our control.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
Acknowledgment of Risk: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the sport, including the potential for injury. By registering, you waive INTENSITY of any liability for injuries sustained during participation.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Window for Refunds: To receive a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least one week prior to the start of the 36-week season.
General No-Refund Policy: Except as explicitly stated above regarding cancellations made one week prior to the season, refunds are not issued for any registered programs. Registrants are responsible for full payment of all registered programs.
ABSENCES:
No Make-Up Sessions: Due to the popularity of our programs and limited availability, make-up sessions are not offered for absences.
FINANCIAL COMMITMENT:
Full Payment: A $500 deposit is required at registration, followed by three equal installments. By selecting this plan, you authorize INTENSITY to automatically charge the valid credit card on file via auto-pay on September 2nd, October 15th, and December 2nd. When registering you must place a valid credit card on file if you do not already have one. By registering, you are legally committing to payment in full for the entire 36-week season.
Collection of Unpaid Amounts: Registrant agrees to pay INTENSITY reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the collection of any outstanding or defaulted amounts.
INJURIES:
Injury Reporting & Impact on Program: If an injury occurs, a doctor’s note must be emailed to Meegan Donnelly at mdonnelly@intensityclub.com immediately. This allows INTENSITY to track the player’s absence, potentially invite other players to fill the open spot, and make necessary staffing adjustments.
Consideration for Make-Ups/Credits: INTENSITY will determine, at its sole discretion, whether make-up sessions or a house credit (applicable towards future USTA practices) will be offered.
Retrospective Doctor’s Notes: Doctor’s notes received retrospectively (i.e., indicating an injury occurred in the past) will be considered for make-up/credit only from the date the note was actually received by management, not from the date of the injury.
Continued Payment Responsibility: Regardless of injury or absence, you remain responsible for all payments in full, including any future scheduled auto-payments. Refunds are not given for injuries.
VIDEO / LIVE STREAMING:
Consent for Use: The club utilizes video and live streaming technology primarily as a teaching tool for informational purposes. By registering, you confirm your awareness of this practice and grant permission for its use.
