Mike Slattery brings more than 30 years of experience developing tennis players from age 4 through the college level, with many of his students going on to compete at the highest levels of the game. A former USTA New England and USPTA Coach of the Year, Mike is known not just for his credentials, but for his vision, precision, and deep dedication to the sport.

Mike’s coaching career includes top NCAA programs at the University of Georgia and the University of Kansas. At Georgia, he worked and traveled with ATP touring professionals and top-ranked juniors, guiding players to USTA National Championships, NCAA Championships, and US Open qualifying rounds.

Most recently, Mike served as Director of Junior Programs at Four Seasons Racquet Club in Wilton, CT, and previously directed the 10 and Under program at Trumbull Racquet Club. He joins INTENSITY to lead player development for our most competitive athletes, offering a proven pathway from first lessons through college tennis and beyond.
