Adam was born in Kent, England and had a successful career as a professional squash player, achieving many notable accomplishments throughout his career.
He started playing squash at a young age and quickly developed a passion for the sport. He began his professional career in the mid-1990s and made a name for himself in the world of squash with a distinctive style of play that was marked by his agility, speed, and strong court presence.
Adam won several major tournaments and was known for his fierce competitiveness, determination, and athleticism. He retired from professional squash in 2004, turning his attention to coaching the next generation of players, he has since coached four US Junior Champions.
