Kelly Voltz comes to INTENSITY with a strong background in leadership and athletics. A 2025 graduate of Siena College, Kelly served as both Captain and President of the Siena Squash Club, where she led team practices and managed match schedules. Her competitive spirit is highlighted by her recent first-place victory in the C Division at the CommUnity Cup tournament.

Above all, Kelly is driven by a passion for youth development. Her experience working with the Siena Athletic Department—where she participated in promotions and even served as the basketball mascot—significantly increased her love for working with junior athletes. As an intern pro with INTENSITY she combines her on-court expertise with her enthusiasm for mentorship to help the next generation of players succeed.
