LeRoy Leong leads the squash program at INTENSITY and the Bronze, Silver and Gold junior pathway. On Open Day he runs the try-it stations alongside Mohsin and walks families through the pathway and the new adult league. |

Mohsin Khan is head coach of the STAPLES High School squash team and coaches juniors and adults at INTENSITY. On Open Day he runs the Beat-the-Coach challenge — three tries on the front wall target, prizes for the top scorers, and he does not go easy on anyone! |

Joe White is a professional on the PSA Tour and the Australian men’s number one, with a career-high world ranking of No. 76 and four PSA titles to his name, the most recent in March 2026 at the Oceania World Championship Qualifiers. He grew up in Darwin, where the courts he learned on were knocked down for two years and he kept training anyway. He will be taking clinic groups through the afternoon and playing the exhibition finale. |

Tad Carney is a local hero, New Canaan born, Brunswick School educated, he was the #1 ranked American junior from U11 all the way through U17, a US Junior National Champion. At Yale he captained the Bulldogs from the #1 spot and was twice named a First Team CSA All-American. A left-hander known for staying calm when the rallies get long — a very good person for a junior to watch up close. |
WHO IS IT FOR: Everyone. Open Day is built for complete beginners as well as experienced players — there are stations for children from around age 5, for developing juniors, and a first-swing station for adults. No experience is necessary and there is no cost to attend.
RSVP: Open Day is free, but court space is limited, so please RSVP using the form on this page. INTENSITY makes every effort to run the program to schedule but reserves the right to adjust or re-schedule in the event of circumstances beyond the club’s control. If your plans change, please let us know so we can free up your spot.
GUEST PLAYERS: Joe White and Tad Carney are scheduled to appear subject to travel and competition commitments. Should either be unable to attend, the finale slot will be filled by a Beat-the-Coach final between the day’s top scorers.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Due to the nature of the sport injuries can occur, Registrant acknowledges the risks and waives INTENSITY of any liability for such.
VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY: The club uses video / photography as a teaching tool during lessons, clinics and matches and for marketing purposes. Registrant confirms that they are aware of this and gives permission for its use.
