You are contracting a 36 week tennis season court starting September 2nd 2025. There will be no play Nov 27th, Nov 28th and from Dec 24th to Jan 1st inclusive. A $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card to hold your selected court. No deposit will be charged unless a season court has been allocated to you. If you do not have a credit card on file we will contact you for payment details. Deposits are refundable on cancelations before May 30th 2025. Contracts may be canceled before June 30th 2025. Court captains are responsible for all payments, any outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card on August 15th 2025.

All players must sign in at the front desk. Make-ups will be given at the end of the season only if the club cannot fulfill seasonal court time responsibility due to cancellations. Court numbers may be reassigned at any time. Proper attire is required, no black soled shoes. Upon completion of assigned time, players are required to leave the court. Players on season courts agree to accept instruction on adjacent courts which may mean the playing of music/use of equipment, and possible loud noise from time to time.
