Director of Player Development

Irena Zivkovic has a passion for nurturing young talent and fostering leadership skills, particularly among girls and women. She joined INTENSITY in 2024.  Beforehand she was an Academy Director at Toronto Tennis City (ACE), where she oversaw and led the ACE Academy programming, including high-performance teams and progressive programming.

Prior to that, Irena served as a High-Performance Tennis Coach at Mayfair West, developing annual plans for junior players and ensuring high-quality coaching standards. She has also held coaching positions at Toronto Tennis City and the North York Tennis Association, demonstrating her expertise in developing tailored training programs and managing administrative duties.

Beyond her coaching roles, Irena actively contributes to the tennis community as a leading female coach/mentor for Inspire Through Sport, showcasing her commitment to developing future tennis leaders and promoting female participation in the sport.
