Dylan has over 5 years of experience coaching groups and personal training.
He graduated from Elon University in 2012 with a B.S in Exercise Science and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2013.
His motto is “movement is medicine” and he works with our junior players and clients to ensure that every exercise benefits the body.
Dylan focuses on training programs that improve the mechanics of the body to transform and elevate an individual’s performance.
